What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Scheduler position at ManTech?
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule (IMS) for the organization.
Analyze forecasts of customer needs, capacity to provide deliverables, and inventory levels to ensure deadlines are met and costs are contained to the maximum extent possible.
Work closely with various functional teams such as software development, procurement, and customer service to coordinate their activities and ensure smooth execution of the production schedule.
Monitor and report on the status of events scheduled and adjust as necessary to meet changing demand or capacity constraints.
Interact with Mission Partners.
Provide expertise in scheduling.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Project or other project management software.
Bachelors degree in Project Management or related field.
4 years of relevant experience.
Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience.
PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting DoD programs.
Experience supporting IT projects.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.”
