ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Security Device Administrator to join our team in Clarksburg, WV . This is a hybrid position with 80% telework and 20% on site.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Determines enterprise information assurance and security standards.
Develops and implements information assurance / security standards and procedures.
Coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs for an organization. Recommends information assurance / security solutions to support customers’ requirements.
Performs vulnerability / risk analyses of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle.
Perform extensive technical support involving Cisco Ironport Devices.
Minimum Qualifications :
Seven years of relevant experience working with a networking team supporting large scale IT systems.
Experience in system security tuning, security monitoring, general and privileged user account management, and reviewing all COTS software products upgrades and patches, including operating systems.
Planning hardware and software system upgrades and changes in configuration.
Modifies, installs and prepares technical documentation for system software applications.
Understanding and leverage common software architectural styles and patterns.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) AND 10 or more years directly related experience.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of SAFe.
Clearance Requirements :
Must have a current / active Top Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
