ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations/Research Analyst to join our team onsite at Hill AFB, UT. This will be supporting the F-16 IAIS Product Support Integration effort.
Responsibilities:
Managing and directing the analyses of management problems.
Performing cost analyses and modeling.
Providing information requirements and the formulating of scientific solutions as directed.
Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.
Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.
Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by department objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ten years of experience, or four additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience leading or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, and progress reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
F-16 avionics experience
Automatic Test Equipment experience.
Clearance Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
