ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager II to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position.
As a core member, you will assist in the research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter’s effectiveness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner
Coordinates project planning, task prioritization, and the status of work, issues, and risks across client and contractor teams
Work with team members to resolve blockers to progress
Key contributor to the development of recommendations, findings, and deliverables
Facilitates continuous process improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or High School Diploma and 6 years of additional relevant experience or Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree
Experience with Agile processes, iterative design, and continuous improvement
5 years of experience in project management or product owner within software development
Experience managing software development
Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree or PHD
Proficiency managing projects with Jira
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects
SAFe Certified
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current and active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
