What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Scheduler position at ManTech?
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collecting requirements from technical subject matter experts and translating into information used to develop and maintain an integrated government schedule (IGS).
Evaluating project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated. Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify information relevant to the integrated government schedule.
Analyzing schedule data related to programs/projects and/or processes using MS Project and MS Excel.
Formatting and presenting schedule information and data using OnePager Professional, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
Facilitating meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program or project stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering and 4 years of experience with networked schedule development, critical path method, baseline and status using milestones, task, duration, lead/lag, and other standard data points/aspects of schedule development, maintenance, and analysis, OR, an Associates degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR, a High School Diploma with 10 years of experience, may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Experience with technical program management support.
Preferred Qualifications:
A master’s degree in areas related to math, science, statistics, business, management, or engineering.
Experience with OnePager Professional.
Experience with MS Power BI.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance to start.
Physical Requirements:
Tasking is primarily computer based.
The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. Zoom, TEAMS).
