ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Application Integration Engineer to join our team in the DC Metro area .
Responsibilities :
Lead efforts to streamline client workflows and enhance case management, records management, and data curation processes.
Utilize agile methodologies to gather and analyze inputs and requirements for tools that support data management and analytic capabilities.
Design system to fuse data from various sources and classification levels while adhering to NARA records management standards.
Assess client data policies, evaluate existing tools, and create comprehensive data lifecycle management plans.
Design integrations with external systems using Agile practices to ensure scalable and secure data storage and management.
Integrate cloud technologies and repositories such as SharePoint and OneDrive to enhance data management efforts.
Develop and implement software solutions for case management and records management applications, focusing on configuring / customizing COTS and handling large numbers of integrations with external systems.
Optimize software for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient processing of large-scale data feeds.
Design and optimize integrations with external systems, including social media platforms, collaboration systems, and web scraping tools, to ensure scalable and secure data storage and management.
Collaborate with software architects, data scientists and ML engineers to integrate machine learning models into production software systems.
Stay current with advancements in machine learning and software engineering, incorporating best practices into the development process.
Apply design thinking or other solution-based methods to solve problems consisting of various qualitative activities that support the generation of insightful, human-centered and impactful design solutions.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
15 or more years (13 with Master’s) of experience in data management, case management, and records management.
Experience in programming and / or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, C , or Java.
Experience with configuring and developing in a major public cloud system such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with DevOps tools and techniques for scalable and secure data storage and management.
Ability to develop data integrations with remote systems using REST calls, data feeds, and other mechanisms.
Proficiency in DevOps tools and techniques for data integration and management.
Experience with configuring and integrating tools for data fusion and protection.
Ability to develop data lifecycle management plans and assess data policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field.
20 years of experience in data management and integration projects.
Strong knowledge of NARA records management standards and federal records management requirements.
Experience with case management and records management software.
Familiarity with social media platforms, collaboration systems, and web scraping tools.
Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Experience in conducting deep-dive interviews and workflow evaluations.
Security Clearance Requirements
Must possess a current and active TS / SCI with Poly
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
