What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Business Analyst - Security Clearance Required position at ManTech?
Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, organizational and / or operational
Serve as a liaison between the software development team and project stakeholders to ensure that the project is aligned with user needs and business objectives.
Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management. control of workflow
Responsible for identifying problems and developing recommendations, as well as coordinating action with the project team and customer
Create and deliver reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
Work with stakeholders to define and document business processes.
Convert requirements into workable Product Backlog Items (PBIs)
Assist other teammates with the development of training materials and user acceptance testing documents.
Minimum Qualifications :
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
7 years’ experience in a business analyst or related role.
Experience in the Department of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
Knowledge of financial management principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience consulting or delivering solutions to federal clients.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).
General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements.
Prior consulting experience with DoD or federal clients.
Prior experience using Jira or ServiceNow.
Clearance Requirements :
Must be a U.S. citizen.
The ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
