At ManTech International, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented IT Project Manager to join our team in the Stennis, MS.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Define scope, objectives and deliverables within the network, security and cloud operations environmentCoordinate project activities and develop project schedulesCreate work packages tied to milestones, identify dependencies, and schedule work : Ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time; Track and report on project milestones and deliverablesRisk management and developing risk mitigation strategies : Assist in identifying and assessing risks related to network, security, and cloud operations; Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies; Monitor risks throughout the project.Stakeholder Management : Work with stakeholders to prioritize operations tasks and engineering projects; Provide routinely scheduled reports to senior managers on task and project performanceWork closely with the PMO team to maintain visibility of all tasks and projects; Provide updates on network, security and cloud operation policies, SOPs, and Best Practices to the PMO teamVendor Management : Coordination of procurement, installation and maintenance of network, security, and cloud systems, ensuring compliance with project requirementsDocumentation and Reporting : Support the development of briefings and presentations for customers;Support the development of documentation on policies, SOPs, and Best Practices; Provide status updates and other project information and options as requestedChange Management : Manage change requests related to network, security, and cloud operations;Assess the impact of changes on the project; Utilizing Change Control Boards (CCBs) to manage and control any project-related changes, ensuring effective and efficient project deliveryQuality Management : Define and monitor project quality standards; Conduct quality control checksProvide technical expertise and data to support customer decision-making on solution alternatives and other investmentsProvide technical direction to guide project team executionProvide guidance and task assignment to program personnel mentoring team members improving support to the customerBasic Qualifications : A Project Manager Professional (PMP) certificationAn Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certificationA bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, finance, business management, or related degreeA minimum of (9) nine years of experience as a Technical Project ManagerKnowledge and experience applying project management best practicesExperience on NOC and or SOC and Infrastructure Engineering contractsExperience on projects involving Agile and DevOps processesUnderstanding of and some experience overseeing implementation of ITIL practicesExperience leading medium to large size project teamsPreferred Qualifications : An advanced degreeScrum Master experienceFinOps experienceExperience working with ServiceNowClearance Requirements : Must be a U.S. citizenMust hold a Secret level clearanceEligible to obtain a TS / SCI clearancePhysical Requirements : Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printerThe person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
