ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Model Based Systems Engineer to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD location . This is a 100% on-site position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems
Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation
Applies systems engineering experience to perform system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management
Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to requirements of military weapons systems, associated support systems, or management information systems
Basic Qualifications :
A Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) degree is required in Engineering or an Engineering Discipline
10 years recent and relevant Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Engineering / Digital Engineering applications and technology
Experience using MBSE Tools, such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator
This position may require travel within the United States (less than 25%).
Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum of four (4) years’ experience with Navy MBSE applications
Security Clearance Requirements :
Must have an active / current Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI eligibility
U.S. Citizenship required
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers
