What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Oracle Database Administrator position at ManTech?
Currently, we are seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Scrum Master. This position will be remote with up to 20% travel to a USACE location.
Responsibilities :
The Scrum Master responsible for maintaining and supporting Oracle Primavera (P6) Professional and Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) applications, which includes monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and making configuration changes.
Coordinates with Oracle and CIO / G6 for service requests and code and configuration changes (configuration control management).
Provides day-to-day Oracle application suite management.
Researches and recommends innovative and automated approaches for system administration tasks.
Identifies approaches that leverage USACE’s resources that provide economies of scale.
Basic Qualifications
5 years (minimum 3 years Primavera administration)
Education : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Information Technology. Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management 8 Certified Implementation Specialist and four years of direct experience in lieu of degree.
Experience performing technical support of Oracle’s Primavera (P6) Professional and EPPM.
Experience configuring Primavera system architecture and EPPM architecture.
Experience migrating Primavera projects through multiple versions.
Experience converting business requirements into technical specifications for large, multi-functional, web-based software applications.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications : Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management 8 Certified Implementation Specialist preferred. (ISC)2 Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) preferred. ITIL V3 Foundations preferred.
Experience developing Primavera APIs and with Oracle Application Express (APEX).
Experience in Department of Defense and Army Cybersecurity initiatives with an emphasis on securing the enterprise and Risk Management Framework (RMF) functions.
Experience integrating third-party applications, such as SAP and Citrix, with Primavera Gateway, Primavera Unifier through ODBC and SQL.
Experience writing inter-application internet-based communications using protocols such as SOAP, AJAX. JXON, and other XML-based web services technologies.
Thorough understanding of Oracle Database 11g and 12c, Primavera P6 Professional and EPPM, ITIL V3, COBIT 5, software development life cycle, Agile development (SCRUM, adaptive software development, SAFe 4.5), and design thinking methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements :
- US citizenship with an active / current Secret clearance
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
