Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading Cell Therapy CDMO in their search for a new Senior Quality Control Specialist to join their organisation.
Senior Quality Control Specialist - Responsibilities:
- Assist with the collection and production of samples to evaluate quality
- Interpret blueprints for the purpose of establishing customers’ critical needs and how they should be measured
- Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples
- Assist with the quality inspection process of new part samples and record the data
- Check dimensions and surface quality of random batches of finished products to ensure they meet all company quality standards
- Assist with inspection all product returns, analyse the defect, and document the findings
- Verify all processes are conforming to established quality standards and required customer specifications
Senior Quality Control Specialist - Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in science or business-based programs
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing
- Experience in business administration may be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organisational, and leadership skills
