Mantell Associates are partnered with a CDMO organisation in their search for a VP of Quality who will be a key member of the senior leadership team and hold responsibility for building, leading and executing a quality strategy.
VP of Quality - Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for quality systems as well as the implementation of a quality framework to support the business globally
- Ensure that internal processes and metrics are aligned to create a high level of process consistency, product quality and customer satisfaction
- Substantially strengthen quality systems, determining the appropriate infrastructure and resources required to achieve business objectives
- Contract partner relationships
- Quality process design and development
- Product and facility approval
- Sustainable manufacturing
- Supply through in-house capabilities and well as third-party development and external manufacturing partners
VP of Quality - Requirements:
- Strong industry experience within pharma, biopharma and/or biotech companies
- Direct experience interacting with FDA and other regulatory authorities
- Leadership experience with direct reports and indirect reports
- Proven ability to manage up and down
- Experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders
