Senior Therapist Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Therapist Manager to oversee the Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy departments in our skilled nursing community. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing quality patient care.
Job Description:
- Supervises the Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy staff who evaluate and treat patients of all ages.
- Responsible for overall supervision, coordination, and administration of the department activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess current and unencumbered license in Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Demonstrates ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to fulfill job requirements.
