We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Services Manager to lead our Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy teams at Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing department operations, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the therapy departments, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting
- Recruit, train, and evaluate department staff
