LOCATION: Mantey Heights Rehabilitation Care Center – Grand Junction, CO
POSITION: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
PAY: - $26.00 - $36.00
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Part-time or PRN shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs
- Ensure that patients take their medication
- Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community
- Liaise with patients' families
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed LPN license program
- Computer skills
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- A love for seniors
