POSITION : Nurse Scheduler / Receptionist
PAY : - $18.00 - $23.00

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintains the master schedule utilizing electronic scheduling program (OnShift) that accurately reflects Paid Time Off (PTO) / Leave of Absence (LOA) requests, reserve staff schedules, call-ins, and varied shift hours.
- Adjusts staff to meet the daily needs of the census, budget, and level of acuity.
- Contacts part-time, then PRN staff, then full-time staff to fill open positions to minimize the use of overtime.
Divides available overtime among appropriate staff according to established procedure.
Clerical duties may include, but are not limited to, use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and other programs to document or communicate relevant community information.
