**Job Description:**
The Field Construction Laborer will be responsible for performing physical labor tasks on field projects and roadways. This includes assisting field crews, operating maintenance equipment, and ensuring a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoveling, leveling, brooming, and raking
- Running small power or hand tools
- Equipment cleanup as needed
- Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement of materials
