The Position
In this Production Laborer position, you will be operating machinery and performing tasks in a manufacturing setting in order to safely craft concrete products... These products serve to transform the landscape of residential and commercial properties all over the world. And you will have a hand in making that happen.
The work environment is fast-paced and over time a high level of expertise can be developed along with the ability to spot and correct errors. Ideal candidates will have a strong sense of safety and the ability to perform all tasks in a safe, proficient manner, while understanding the importance of delivering a high quality, finished product.

In this role, some of the duties you will perform are:
- Clean and prep empty molds for filling
- Operate controls on concrete pouring machinery to fill molds
- Remove excess concrete from molds for a clean finish
- Inspect for quality related issues as it relates the molds and forms
- Ensure products are being filled to the proper heights and cleaned thoroughly
- Clean all equipment and machines
- Learn and perform other production related duties as needed
