As a Yard Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our yard, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of materials, managing inventory, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a diesel forklift.
- Load all trucks in a safe, proper, and timely manner.
- Maintain and keep organized all raw materials and finished products.
- Take care to keep the yard clear of obstructions and hazards.
- During the winter months, ensure that all roads and paths are clear of snow and other obstructions.
- Maintain equipment through daily inspections and cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Other Skills, Abilities, Licenses or Certifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Forklift Certification (provided by us)
Education and Experience
- 2-3 years experience operating loaders / fork trucks is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
