Product Sales/Panel Estimating / Quoting

Confirm order and technical construction of panels with customer
-
Enter order into inventory tracking system

Create Bill of Materials and Production Work Orders

Collaborates with customer, outside sales, and Production Managers to ensure adherence to product technical and quality standards

Collaborates with Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely delivery
-
Continuously interface with customer regarding technical specifications, production and shipping schedule

Invoice customers
-
Projects including marketing samples, digital photos, costing spreadsheet, etc.

Upsell customers when possible to fill out loads

Provide phone support and promptly reply to customer emails and phone calls

Resolve customer problems as they come up in a respectful and timely manner

Other duties and projects as determined by production and overall company business needs
- Have exceptional organizational skills
- Are highly proficient with computer software, including MS Office, Google Suite, and ERP systems
- Multi-tasking like a pro, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, verbal and written communication, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have a keen attention to detail, a mind that likes to solve problems, and a love for analytical thinking
- Speak effectively with customers and employees of the organization to make good connections with everyone you transact with. There is no room for misunderstandings in face-to-face, verbal, and written communications
- Experience in an administrative role in either finance, purchasing, logistics, or customer service
- Production industry experience
- LEAN manufacturing experience
