- Perform detailed lighting audits
- Create and revise project scopes
- Ensure project conforms and fully qualifies for incentives
- Ensure projects meet profitability metrics
- Identify comprehensive projects and bring in necessary resources
- Work with outside and inside sales in a team environment
- Efficiently manage projects to be on-time and on-budget
- Travel required: 35%
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years' experience in Project Management and Lighting Audit experience
- Experience working with Utility programs
- Experience with rebate incentive programs with NE utility companies)
- Knowledge of the lighting supply chain process or have similar experience within construction-specific distribution
- Knowledge of electrical contracting, lighting design, distribution and construction process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Snap-Count or comparable lighting audit software
- CEM certification a plus
