What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager - Lending Operations position at Mantras2Success Consultants?

1. Lending Operation :

Owning end-to-end Lending operations flow – including KYC verification, disbursals, post-disbursal collection flow, customer support, partner coordination, etc.; including loan disbursal flow, adhering to the designed process.
Loan KYC & verification process with accuracy and efficiency.
Reconciliations from system and bank transfers.
Validation of loan documents.
Loan cancellation process.
Owning the customer support process – ensuring timely & accurate resolution of customer queries & complaints as per the defined process and TAT.
Owning the regulatory grievance redressal process ensuring timely & accurate resolution of regulatory queries.

2. Process Improvement :

Review and re-design / modify processes and SOPs to improve end outcomes (reliability, efficiency, scale).

Work with stakeholders to ensure processes are updated considering the latest compliance requirements.

Work with Tech and Product to enable product integrations and automation.

3. Reporting :

Design & implement required MIS / dashboards.

Maintain different trackers for reporting at different levels.

4. Stakeholder Management :

Coordination with internal teams (Risk, BD, Finance, Compliance, etc.).

Work with partners to solve operational issues, as well as engage to create a fruitful partnership.

5. Team Management :

Manage a team of 5-10 operations associates / managers.

Ability to ensure high productivity & accuracy.

Getting the best out of the team through proper role allocation, skill-based fitment, etc., and keeping the team morale high.

Qualifications :

Graduate / Postgraduate from a reputed college / university; MBA / CA / Finance degree (Preferred)

8-10 years of experience in Financial / NBFC / Banking / related industries; in similar Operations roles.

Experience across digital lending, different lending products.

Experience in fintech, along with in a NBFC / Bank, is a strong plus.
