What Youll Do

• Lead & Serve: Provide guidance and mentorship to X-ray technicians, fostering a culture of honesty, respect, and professionalism.

• Work Independently & Take Initiative: Make sound decisions, manage daily operations efficiently, and uphold Mantros standards of excellence with integrity and accountability.

• Manage Scheduling & Coordination with Diligence: Work closely with the Radiology Manager to coordinate technician schedules, ensuring efficiency and timely service delivery with fairness and reliability.

• Ensure Quality & Compliance with Excellence: Oversee imaging quality, adherence to protocols, and compliance with state regulations, ensuring the highest standard of service.

• Maintain Strong, Trustworthy Relationships: Collaborate with referring providers, patients, and healthcare facilities with sincerity and professionalism to expand Mantros reputation and service reach.

• Hands-On Expertise with a Commitment to Service: Continue performing mobile X-ray exams as needed, setting the standard for quality, honesty, and dedication.

• California X-Ray License: Required to operate in this role effectively; dual licensure in California and Nevada is a plus.
