What You’ll Do

• Lead with Excellence & Vision: Oversee daily radiology operations in both Nevada and California, ensuring streamlined workflows, peak efficiency, and superior patient care.
• Master Scheduling & Coordination: Implement and manage best-in-class scheduling strategies to maximize service efficiency and patient accessibility.
• Expand Your Influence & Brand Presence: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, expanding referral networks and increasing patient access.
• Inspire & Cultivate Talent: Recruit, train, and mentor X-ray technicians in both Nevada and California, fostering a culture of professionalism, innovation, and excellence.
• Ensure Compliance & Drive Quality: Oversee safety protocols, fleet maintenance, and precise documentation to uphold industry standards and billing accuracy.

What You Bring

• Mobile Diagnostic Imaging Mastery: Extensive experience in mobile diagnostic imaging is required.
• Exceptional Leadership & Team Building Skills: At least 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and optimize operational success.
• Visionary Business Development & Marketing Expertise: A proactive mindset to expand referral sources, increase patient reach, and solidify the company’s presence in the healthcare community.
• Superior Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding interpersonal skills to work effectively with leadership, colleagues, and external partners.
• Dual Licensure a Plus: Nevada X-Ray License required; dual licensure in both Nevada and California is a strong advantage.
• Strategic, Innovative & Solution-Oriented Thinking: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a patient-first focus.
