JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manufactured Home Community in Fauquier County, Virginia is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance .Facility Specialist for the day to day operations and grounds keeping of a large Residential Community.
The ideal candidate must possess a driver's license and be a reliable, self-starter with a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic. Duties required, but not limited to, include grounds maintenance, minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, pool maintenance, snow removal and general maintenance skills.
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00 p, and on call for emergencies.
