Job Description
Our business model is to A.I.M. (Acquiring, Improving, and Managing) RV properties, focuses on acquiring family-owned lakefront RV parks, preserving their unique charm, and providing the financial support needed for rapid improvements. We manage our parks with an all-inclusive, 12-month payment plan for seasonal stays covering site rent, year-round storage, and access to all amenities. Our goal is to revolutionize the guest experience with enhanced amenities, advanced technology, and better communication. Through strategic marketing, we aim to attract new guests, retain current ones, and keep our parks fully occupied.
Job Summary:
The Maintenance will perform general maintenance including ground maintenance, light electrical, basic carpentry, and other building systems. This is a seasonal (approx 7 months) part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week. Weekend and Holiday hours apply.

Job Responsibilities:
- Electrical work
- Plumbing
- Mechanical (heating and cooling)
- Honey wagon operation
- Grounds and general maintenance
- Tree trimming/clean up Event set up and tear down
- Mulching and maintaining flower beds
- Leaf removal
- Must know how to operate and maintain lawn equipment (leaf blowers, mowers, weed whacker)
- Mowing, weeding, edging and trimming
- Responding to emergency requests
- Perform repair of buildings and equipment
- Assist with the renovation/remodeling of trailers
- Maintain record of scheduled services
- On call for emergency situations
- Various others as deemed necessary
Experience:
- Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
License:
- Driver's License (Required)
PHYSICAL REQUIERMENTS:
· Maintenance Technicians may be required to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and be on their feet for extended periods.
· Continually required to sit/walk/stand.
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Continually required to talk and hear.
- Continually required to utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
- May be required to lift/push/carry heavy objects.
- Exposure to outside weather conditions.
- On-site work requirements are dependent on the specific location. Travel may be required from site-to-site locations.
