Primary Responsibilities

• Execute regular maintenance routines on control setups and evaluate servo motors with specialized tools.
• Renovate motor starter contactors and accurately adjust VFD configurations.
• Detect thermal variations in equipment using infrared analysis.
• Set precision CNC linear measurement equipment and align machine tool indicators.
• Tackle PLC and CNC system problems thoroughly.
• Collaborate strategically with internal and external teams to resolve technical dilemmas.
• Expertly install and modify 480V power links and sensing switches.

Essential Skills and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent level of education.
• Certified Mechatronics Journeyman in Pennsylvania.
• Familiarity with PLC systems, including reading technical schematics.
• Self-reliance in working from elevated positions and diagnosing complex errors.
• Exceptional analytical and immediate problem-solving abilities.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for Pennsylvania.
• Ability to succeed in math and writing proficiency tests.
