As a Production Operator , you will play a critical role in operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient production processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet quality and output goals.
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products for packaging or storage.
• Adjust machine settings and controls to ensure proper operation and optimal performance.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or product defects promptly.
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation for quality and inventory tracking.
• Assist with machine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) .
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S standards and process improvements.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and grow within the role.

Salary : $20 - $24
