What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Assembler position at Manufacturing Concepts?
Responsibilities:
- Install or assemble cables, PCB assemblies, mechanical assemblies, DC motors, and LCD/LED displays.
- Build systems with attention to detail and diagnose any issues regarding specifications.
- Set-up and adjust mechanisms and align optics as needed to optimize performance of the system.
- Perform final testing and QC of systems and instrumentation. Identify issues and Troubleshoot systems as needed.
- Maintain production inventory and communication with supervisor about stock or ordering requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: BS or AS degree preferred in a technical field (chemistry, engineering, biotechnology, electronics etc) or a related field with 1-3 years of experience
- Ability to lift up 40 lbs. of force occasionally and good Manual dexterity is required for assembly
