What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Assembler position at Manufacturing Concepts?
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire electrical components, switches, and panels according to schematics and instructions
- Route, crimp, solder, and terminate wires with accuracy and attention to detail
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and work orders
- Test assemblies for continuity and proper function
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automotive, trailer, or RV wiring (big plus!)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and switch layouts
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and work with hand tools
- A steady hand and a sharp eye for clean, reliable wiring work
- Self-motivated and eager to learn — we’re growing and we promote from within!
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus
