What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Sales position at Manufacturing Concepts?
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building Relationships: You’ll be talking to potential clients to learn about their staffing needs and offering our solutions.
- Finding Leads: Using our data base, and previous warm calls, networking, and some good old-fashioned research, you’ll bring in new business.
- Presenting Our Services: You’ll pitch our staffing solutions to clients and show them how we can help their business thrive.
- Managing Clients: Keeping in touch with your clients, making sure they’re happy, and finding new ways we can help.
- Closing Deals: You’ll assist with negotiating terms and getting the deal done, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Tracking Your Progress: Keep an eye on your goals and hit your sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED. College degree? Awesome, but not a deal breaker.
- Sales Experience: If you’ve done any kind of sales or customer service before, that’s a plus, but we’ll train you if you’re new to the game.
- Communication: You need to be comfortable talking to people—whether it’s over the phone, by email, or face-to-face.
- Motivation: We’re looking for someone who’s ready to work hard, hit goals, and grow within the company.
- Team Player: You’ll be working with a great team, so being a good collaborator is key.
- Tech Savvy: Know your way around Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and if you’ve used a CRM system, even better!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
