Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
2. Establish and maintain quality control procedures, including inspection protocols, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
3. Lead the development and implementation of quality-related policies, procedures, and documentation, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals.
4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
5. Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process optimization.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Provide guidance and support to manufacturing personnel on quality-related matters, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
8. Manage the resolution of quality-related customer complaints and non-conformances, including investigation, corrective action implementation, and follow-up.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and certification bodies.
10. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality management in manufacturing.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP).

9. Experience with quality-related tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred.
