What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visual Inspector position at Manufacturing Concepts?
- Check out products and parts with a keen eye to make sure they meet our quality standards.
- 10 hour days, with OT available
- Keep things tidy and organized in the clean room and follow all the cleanliness protocols.
- Use tools like magnifying glasses and calipers to get the job done right.
- Record your findings and report any issues or defects.
- Work with our production and quality teams to fix any problems you find.
- Follow procedures for handling materials that don’t meet our standards.
- Help us keep improving our inspection processes and standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; extra training or certification in quality control is a plus.
- Previous experience in visual inspection, especially in a clean room, is a bonus.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to spot issues.
- Familiarity with clean room protocols, including gowning and contamination control.
- Comfort using inspection tools and documenting results.
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Organizational skills and accuracy in record-keeping.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in [semiconductor, pharmaceutical, aerospace].
- Knowledge of industry standards and quality control methods.
Physical Requirements:
- Comfort working in a clean room with controlled temperature and humidity.
- Good hand-eye coordination for handling small components.
