Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking as needed.
- Mix paints to desired colors and consistencies, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or other equipment, adjusting techniques based on the surface and desired finish.
- Monitor paint application for even coverage and smooth texture, making adjustments as necessary.
- Adhere to safety protocols to protect yourself and others from hazardous materials and fumes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain equipment and work areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization for efficient operation.
Requirements:
