Wiring Assembler

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components accurately and efficiently to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of soldering, power tools, surface mount technology, ohmmeters, machining, schematic reading, electrical wiring, and logic controllers.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics to assemble components correctly
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to assemble parts according to specifications
- Perform soldering tasks to join components together
- Conduct testing using ohmmeters and other tools to ensure product functionality
- Work with surface mount technology (SMT) components
- Operate machinery for machining tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards during the assembly process
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Skills:
- Proficiency in soldering techniques
- Experience with power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT)
- Ability to use ohmmeters for testing purposes
- Familiarity with machining processes
- Strong ability to read and understand schematics
- Competence in electrical wiring procedures
- Understanding of electrical systems and logic controllers
