We are seeking detailoriented Assembly Technicians to join our growing team. This role involves assembling inspecting and packaging small components in a fastpaced clean work environment . Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To :
- Assemble small components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy quality and any defects.
- Handle delicate materials with precision to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform hand and toolassisted assembly including fastening connecting and soldering (if applicable).
- Follow detailed work instructions blueprints or schematics when assembling products.
- Utilize basic measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers (a plus but not required).
- Package and label assembled products properly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
- Identify and report any quality or process issues to management.
