We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling data entry for order processing, managing high volumes of customer communications, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customer orders and inquiries are managed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Perform data entry for order processing with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage a high volume of emails , providing timely responses to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with customers about orders, pricing, inventory, and other requests.
- Coordinate with transportation carriers to ensure timely scheduling for customer shipments.
- Maintain and update inventory control records to facilitate order processing.
- Collaborate with various departments and all levels of management :
Warehouse personnel for order substitutions and revisions.
