**About the Job**
Manufacturing Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your analytical skills to support accounting operations and reporting.
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and issuing invoices, addressing billing inquiries from clients, reconciling customer accounts, and resolving billing discrepancies. You will also collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues, post RMA batches, and maintain exemption and resale certificates.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Generate and issue invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Address billing inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in a efficient and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Post RMA batches and manage billing requirements (frequency, format, rates, tax codes).
- Maintain exemption and resale certificates to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Process billing for customs and duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Enter credits as required and support accounts payable tasks.
**Working Hours:**
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 1 years of experience in a related field.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Benefits:
