We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin and Payroll Clerk to join our team. As an Admin and Payroll Clerk , you will handle a variety of administrative and payroll tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Process employee timecards and ensure accurate payroll calculations.
- Maintain employee records and update payroll databases with new hires, terminations, and changes.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of payroll checks and direct deposit statements.
- Verify payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and correspondence.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees, including gathering and organizing required documentation.
- Process and verify expense reports and reimbursement requests.
- Coordinate with HR and management to ensure payroll compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support other departments with administrative duties as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and professional office environment.
