Job Description
About the position: We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Shipper/Production Operators. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in manufacturing, with no prior experience required. You will be cross-trained to perform a variety of essential tasks in both shipping and production.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Label packages accurately and generate shipping documentation.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Maintain accurate shipping records.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
• Perform quality checks on products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
