Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician (Crane Inspector)
Overview of Position :
As a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician II at MMS, you’ll perform mechanical, electrical, and systems troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment in accordance with manufacturer's manuals, diagrams, sketches, etc. This is an mid-level position designed for those who wish to continue developing their skills and continue their career journey in the facilities maintenance field. This position will also be heavily involved with our crane inspection program. Required certifications is helpful but not required.
Location / Hours / Compensation : East Peoria, IL , Full-Time, 3rd Shift Available, Sunday-Friday
The successful candidate may be asked to work weekends and overtime on a regular basis, hours will flex as business requires. Starting wage offer will be based on candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities between $27-$33.

As a Maintenance Technician MMS, you’ll perform mechanical, electrical, and systems troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment in accordance with manufacturer's manuals, diagrams, sketches, etc. This is an expert level position designed for those who have experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance and wish to be in a leadership role.

Requirements : Responsibilities :
Under supervision performs Senior-Level break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes but is not limited to observing devices in operation to location root cause of problem; dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; examining parts to detect imperfections; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and / or replacement of defective parts; testing of device to observe performance; and performing tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems; reconditioning and repairing machine tools.

Desired Qualifications : To be seriously considered for this role, the successful candidate should have the following regarding :
Job Specific Skills :
Proven experience as a leader of an industrial maintenance team or a similar role. 3 years or more of industrial maintenance in heat treat operations as a supervisor is a plus.

The duties of this position will be performed primarily in a factory environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to :
