Site Maintenance Manager
Position: MMS has an exciting opportunity for a Site Maintenance Manager for some of our customers manufacturing facilities. In this position, you would be responsible for conducting MMS business at the customer site level, build relationships and take on the financial responsibility of both the revenue growth and managing the budget. You will also lead a team of experienced supervisors and highly skilled technicians in a fast paced environment. There will be a training period prior to being assigned to a site within the region. Relocation Available.
Location/Hours/Compensation Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday- Friday
The successful candidate may be asked to work overtime on a regular basis, hours will flex as business requires. Starting wage range is $44-$47 per hour. Starting wage offer will be based on candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe work environment with MMS values
- Lead with MMS culture and manages the business with customer vision
- Adds value to the customer by aligning maintenance goals with their production and business objectives
- Leads the MMS team; managing employee performance and development
- Designs, implements, and executes site level maintenance plan
- Manages the financial performance of the site to attain objectives
- Manage the maintenance parts procurement and storeroom functions
- Analyze and report maintenance key performance indicators including analysis for root cause/corrective action
- Manage the outsourced contracts as defined in the site agreement
- Eliminates waste through LEAN methodologies
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous track record of improving processes, creating savings, and adding value.
- Ability to successfully build and lead a team.
- Previous experience in continuous improvement methodology, TPM, and Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and CMMS software.
- Evidence of continuing education and involvement with professional organizations preferred.
Salary : $44 - $47
