Are you a systems thinker with a deep understanding of QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop? We're looking for someone who can streamline our accounting workflows, reduce manual tasks, and integrate our software tools for greater efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Audit current QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop processes
- Design and implement workflow automations to save time and reduce errors
- Integrate QuickBooks with other platforms like Salesforce, Fishbowl, and Sellware
- Create documentation and train team members on new systems
- Troubleshoot integration or workflow issues and maintain system health
You Must Have:
- In-depth experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop
- Proven track record of automating accounting or operational workflows
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, Fishbowl, and Sellware
- Strong understanding of inventory, invoicing, and order management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bonus if You Also:
- Know scripting or automation tools (Zapier, APIs, etc.)
- Have worked in a manufacturing, logistics, or e-commerce environment
