You will collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise, and to implement improvements to our processes. Your problem-solving and troubleshooting skills will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting, robotics and automation systems, Lean Manufacturing principles, and ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Systems Maintenance: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment used in manufacturing.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime.
- System Upgrades: Assist in the design, implementation, and testing of system upgrades and new installations.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols, company policies, and relevant electrical codes and standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, modifications, and maintenance activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, production staff, and other technicians to achieve operational goals.
- Training: Mentor junior technicians and provide guidance on electrical systems as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems, controls, and automation.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and electrical codes (e.g., NEC).
- Hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in electrical diagnostics and repair.
- Experience with PLC programming, AC/DC motors, and control systems
- Experience with robotics and automation systems
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
