Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in assembly and production line activities.
- Perform quality checks on products and materials.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
- Prepare products for shipment and delivery.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Record and report production data and inventory counts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurements.
