Education/Professional Experience:
High School Diploma (preferred)
Previous Silk Screen experience is Required.
Design experience (preferred)
Experience in Adobe, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Maintenance & repair experience. (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Screen Printing: Proven ability to operate multi-head screen printing presses to produce high quality industrial orders and other products.
Creative Development: Develop and design silk screen rendering artwork for industrial orders.
Machine Setup & Quality Control: Setup machines, mix inks, and inspect prints to ensure high quality results and fast turnaround times.
Additional Skills: Assist with embroidery and laser cutting machine operations when needed, ensuring flexibility in production.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Prior experience in silk-screening is required. Embroidery and laser cutting experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Design: Experience in design is preferred but not essential.
Technical Expertise: Ability to maintain screen printing equipment and perform light maintenance,
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in an indoor warehouse setting.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset are essential to succeed in this role.
Work Authorization: Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Full time 40 hours per week.
