Work Hours : Night Shift - Monday through Friday 3 : 00 pm - 12 : 00 am. There is a pay differential rate for night shift.
Job Overview :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Nigh shift Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse by handling tasks such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, a strong team player, and committed to providing excellent service to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inventory Management : Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing products in the warehouse. Ensure accurate stock counts and proper labeling for easy identification.
- Order Fulfillment : Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are prepared for shipment in accordance with customer requirements.
- Shipping and Receiving : Load and unload delivery trucks, check for accuracy, and verify inventory against packing lists or orders.
- Warehouse Organization : Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures, organizing products, and disposing of unused materials appropriately.
- Material Handling : Use equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move goods within the warehouse as needed.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other warehouse associates and departments to meet daily operational goals and timelines.
- Quality Control : Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
- Safety Compliance : Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Documentation : Accurately complete any required paperwork and electronic records related to inventory, shipping, and receiving.
