Job Title : Production Lead

Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Lead to join our dynamic team. The Production Lead will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations in our warehouse, ensuring that production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are met efficiently and effectively. This role involves leading a team of production workers, managing workflow, and maintaining high levels of operational performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership & Supervision :
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of associates to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their roles.Provide guidance and support to team members, resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on the production floor.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.Production Scheduling & Workflow Management :Coordinate with the Production Manager to establish daily production schedules and ensure alignment with overall production goals.
Monitor and adjust production flow to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.Track work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks in accordance with production timelines.Quality Control & Compliance :Ensure adherence to established production standards, quality controls, and safety procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of production work, identifying any quality issues and addressing them promptly.Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in the production process.Safety & Environmental Health :Enforce safety protocols and ensure the team is following proper safety practices to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
Identify potential hazards or inefficiencies and work proactively to mitigate risks.Maintain a clean and organized production environment in line with safety and cleanliness standards.Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and inventory management.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.Knowledge of safety standards and regulations within a manufacturing environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
