We are seeking dynamic and experienced Regional Directors to join our team at John Hancock. The ideal candidates will be located in-market and will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategies and expanding our customer base in one of the following territories; Minneapolis, MN / St Louis, MS or Dallas, TX. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for working with a robust team across functional competencies to assure we grow market share and achieve regional sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Position Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Work with the regional sales team to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to support sales initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
