Salary range is expected to be between
$104,860.00 USD - $194,740.00 USD

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (3 years) as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work optimally with cross-functional teams and collaborators.
- Experience in software development or a technical background.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
